Jason Dicarlo
Master Stylist / Barber / Owner
Jason (you can call him Jay) is the founder, owner and lead trainer of Di Carlo Salon & Barbershop (plus a proud father of three!). Like his father and grandfather before him, he’s a professionally trained Master Barber with more than 25 years of experience. Though Jay’s a fully trained stylist, over the years he’s focused primarily on men’s barber services. He prides himself on offering traditional “old school” barber services with a modern touch and is always up to date on the latest trends. Master Stylist / Colorist / Owner
Abby is a Master level Color Specialist and Stylist, and is one of Di Carlo Salon & Barbershop’s owners. She’s also certified and licensed in microblading, tattooing, and management, and holds various instructors’ licenses. Born and raised in Germantown, Wisconsin, Abby attended Germantown High School before venturing into the world of beauty. She graduated from VICI Beauty School in 2001 with a degree in Barber Cosmetology. Her experience in the industry and immensely artistic perspective, joined by her genuine desire to help others, is what drives Abby’s success.

Cory is a Master Level Hair Colorist & Barber of 19 years who specializes in Women’s Cut's and Color, Tape-In Hair Extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, Women’s Pixie Cut's, and Men’s Cut's. He is a creative and innovative go-to for all your hair needs, including precision bobs and long-hair women’s cutting. Cory has been a Stylist and National Educator in the industry for 19 years and has traveled the country teaching seminars for prominent hair-care brands. If you want to treat yourself, this is the stylist for you.

Gunnar has been doing hair for the last 5 and a half years, 3 of those years at Di Carlo Salon & Barbershop, his main focus is haircuts for both men and women. His future focus is to become a master in hair cutting.

Tatiana is a master barber who has been cutting hair for 10 years. She was in the first ever barber program available in the state of Wisconsin. She pays extreme attention to detail, and can do any haircut you can think of!

Barber
Kelsey was born and raised in Milwaukee where she started her career as a master barber 17 years ago. She took her talents to Minneapolis and then Los Angeles for 9 years where she worked in Hollywood’s top barbershops. She is motivated by her love for making others feel their best and believes when you look great you feel great and you do great things. Her specialties are super clean fades, tapers, lineups, braiding, design work, and color. Her service menu also includes waxing and eyelash lifts/extensions. She is always up for any hair challenge and excels under pressure. Come in and let her play with your hair!

Marine is a 2020 Vici Beauty School graduate and has since been perfecting her craft. Before working at DiCarlo, she worked as a stylist at a smaller salon where she honed her skills. As she has grown in her experience, Marine is focusing on medium to long length hairstyles, and loves doing fashion color the most.

Skye graduated from ViCi Capelli Beauty School in September 2023. Specializing in men's haircuts, they are dedicated to continuously learning and refining their craft. Their passion for creativity is what originally inspired them to pursue this career. Skye loves to travel and frequently spends weekends competing in Pokémon TCG tournaments across different states. They also enjoy discussing topics from anime to Dungeons & Dragons and other TCGs—always happy to connect over all things nerdy!
